First off it is important to state I am definitely not an expert in this field. I am not a nutritionist nor a personal trainer. This is just a recap and summary of my own personal experiences.
I have a poor metabolism and an endomorphic body type which means, often, extremes are the only things that really work for me. I don’t want anyone reading this to assume they can follow the same pattern as I have and get the same results.
I do however want you to get a feel for the other aspects of fasting not often considered (at all in some cases!) or too readily dismissed by others.
